Peachtree City, Georgia native Carrie Anne Wilson was most recently seen with Peach State Opera as Frasquita in Carmen, Musetta in La Bohème and as Zerlina in Don Giovanni. She has performed leading roles across the country and is a regular performer with The Atlanta Opera Chorus, where she has been featured in numerous comprimario roles, solos and ensembles. Ms. Wilson earned a Professional Studies Certificate from Manhattan School of Music, Master of Music from the University of Tennessee as a member of the Knoxville Opera Studio, and Bachelor of Arts from Berry College. Additionally, she studied at the American Institute of Musical Studies in Graz, Austria and is an alumni of San Francisco Opera’s prestigious Merola Young Artist Program. Ms. Wilson enjoys spending free time with her family going to soccer games and gymnastics competitions and boating, swimming, skiing and wakeboarding on Lake Allatoona.
