Timothy Marshall

Timothy Marshall is a baritone in the Atlanta area. Currently performs with the Atlanta Opera Chorus, is a staff singer at Northwest Presbyterian Church in Atlanta, Ga, and also performs with regional opera companies in Atlanta. He has performed roles such as Figaro, Dr. Bartolo, and Antonio in Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro, Masetto in Mozart’s Don Giovanni, Marco in Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi, and Schaunard in Puccini’s La boheme. Timothy attended Kennesaw State University where he studied Voice under Dr. Oral Moses. While at KSU, Timothy sang a number of roles in full staged operas and opera scenes, ranging from Papageno in Mozart’s Die Zauberflote (The Magic Flute) to The Bishop in Paulus’ The Three Hermits. He also performed solos in masterworks with chorus and orchestra such as Handel’s Messiah and Hasse’s Laudate Coeli Dominum. Timothy also attended “Le Chiavi: The Keys to Bel Canto” summer program at University of Houston and InterHarmony Music Festival in Arcidosso, Italy where he debuted the role of Figaro in Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro.
